Can't buy Saints Row Ultimate Franchise Pack

I keep trying to get the Saints Row Ultimate Franchise Pack for the $29.84 price. When I tell it o purchase for myself I get:

"You cannot complete your transaction because you are attempting to purchase an item that is already included in another packaged item in your cart. Please check your cart to verify that you are not purchasing an item multiple times. The most common cause would be purchasing DLC along with a deluxe version of a product that already includes the same DLC."

The only thing in my cart is the Franchise Pack and nothing else. I love this franchise and was excited to get the entire franchise for such a good price. Is this a problem on Steam's end?

I just tried it on my alt nd was able to buy it. Not really sure why you cannot.

I'm not sure. I just know that I don't own any of the franchise on Steam and it won't let me buy it for some reason. I've tried through the Steam app and the browser, but get the same error no matter which I try.

Trying to check out. I click Purchase for myself and then it goes to the screen with the quote I posted earlier.

I've got the same issue, I can't get through the checkout. I also tried in the Steam app and on the website with a couple of different browsers.

I hope steam will honor the sale price for people who tried to purchase the pack during the sale and couldn't.

I was very fustrated when this notification popped up... I suggest to buy the bundle on [moc.a2g] (I wrote the site backwards) Reliable and cheaper than Steam Store!

I am also getting the same pop up message refusing me from checkout but now I also get the pop up that i have tried to make to many transaction's within a short time and now can't purchase anything.....Not sure how long the lockout is for but really want that dang saint's pack
