why I bought a game on steam. Spending limit on steam unchanged ? and now my Account is restricted ,Cost $5 dollars in the Steam store On this Trouble I never lift limit. (Is it a week after successful payment settlement to steam consumption amount? I need more Time!!

I bought several games on steam shop ..to meet the requirements of the lifting of restrictions.After the two purchase The amount of spending on Steam Still be : $4.57 / USD $5.00 .

Steam counts your countries' currency so that its equivalent to the US' currency
or maybe its because your countries' currency is lower than the US Dollar.

You just have to spend a little more then the restrictions would be no problem :)
