When I go "Ready" For the trade it says: You can't accept the offer. See chat.

Looking at your TF2 inventory, they're all untradable. If somebody wants to give you something then try with normal game Trading Card and see if problem is still there.

Looking at your TF2 inventory, they're all untradable. If somebody wants to give you something then try with normal game Trading Card and see if problem is still there.
I can't trade only CS:GO Items,what the helll

When you're trading you have little chatbox. It should say it there if it's either bot or system.
