Key has been activated on another steam account

I have a question i have a lot of retail games, but most will not run because dvd or cd is to scratched :) some are steam other origin my problem is when trying to add game to origin or steam i get key has been activated, but my problem is i can't remember which account i used and i prob do not have that account email anymore 1 account i have to close was a hotmail account it was hacked another account was closed when i switched to fiber optic connection the 3 was moved to a new account when my old ic account was bought by another firm and i remember some games where activated on the web was before we got the steam and origin clients we have now so how do i get my games transferred i have the box and keys are on back but the games will not run because i need to login to "new steam" but used another account email i do not have or remember name of ofc there are "ways" off getting games to run but do i really need to resort to "using another way" when they are legal bought games with the serial and everything what are my options do i use "another way" that some people use who do not own the game or can i scan my dvd case with serial and mail it to steam support would be nice if i could because some off my dvd's are cracked from to much playing when i was "young" i hope the last option will work that steam will help if i provide a scan of the box and serial thank you

You cant transfer games, keys, codes etc from 1 account to another.

If you contact Steam Support you can use the CD-keys you have to recover the accounts they belong to (having Steam change the email to something current), and then family share the games from those to your main account.
