so to remove it, you must permnantly remove the bundle you bought.

Although "permanently" doesn't really mean permanently, since you can still restore the games using the Help Desk -page.
We'll likely never see a "permanent removal" tool, due to all the things that could go wrong with it.
Your achievement count doesn't drop, neither will your avg. achievements rate. Bans won't be lifted, et cetera. Playtime doesn't decrease accordingly either.
Deleting the game is practically the same as playing a Steam Family Shared game and losing access to the said library.
That being said, if I were you, I'd weight which is the better option for you.

Personally, I also find it more convenient to hide multiple titles at once by holding CTRL (to include / exclude specific titles) and SHIFT for selecting everything between a range, than I find it to remove each and every title via the Help Desk -page one by one (with the exception in bundled products.)
