How to convert Steam Wallet to Paypal?

So basically I just refunded a few games on my account but some of the games I refunded doesn't allow to refund as Paypal but Steam Wallet. So, most of the money I refunded went into my Steam Wallet and I wanted to know if it's possible to convert Steam Wallet to Paypal.

Steam wallet funds are essentially store credit. They cannot be transferred outside Steam. The only exception would be if you funded your wallet with a credit card, for example, and then without spending any of the money you could refund what you added.

Yeah, I'd probably do that. Or maybe just buy skins for CS:GO when my steam community market restriction gets removed
