Unturned Water Sources

I am having trouble because I am trying to build a base on Washington and i chose a remote ranger base in the bottom left corner of the map. I am trying to find out what I can build to have fresh water being that the "rivers" throughout the map are salt water and It is too hard to keep going out and looking for drinks. Any suggestions???
