Ram memory always at 100%,please help.

I tried scanning for possible malware,rewind all the data a week, and deleting programs that had memory leak issues in the past,but the issue is this here. Please help.

Check your processes in Task Manager, report back here what is taking all the usage up.

Does it happen on boot up or when you start a certain game/program?

Also, forgot to mention that I currently have Windows 7.

When I boot up,it in the very first 10 seconds raises the used memory to 100%
Nothing suspicious in the task manager,this happens even if I have absolutely nothing on.

How much RAM do you have? 32bit, or 64bit Windows?

32bkt Windows, and 3 gb ram (probably a memory leak,because CS:GO works on it with average 50 fps)

Just had some private discussion with him, I'm thinking it could either be a dead RAM stick or it's just out of place. Told him to reseat RAM and report back.
