Running one game does not mean you can run another. Different engines, different optimization, different level design, different requirements. Moreover, Shadow Warrior's system requirements are significantly lower than Dead Rising 3's system requirements.

That does not matter at all.
Dead Rising 3 requires DirectX11 support, something your videocard just can not provide.
Even if, it's performance is below the as minimum required GTX570.

Actually, the 570 is more than three times faster than your videocard.
