Yes, everything sold on Steam can be purchased by using the Steam wallet.

but the method of purchase only showed visa,master,bit coin,and so on.So what should i do

Steam wallet is automatically selected as the primary payment method. You are asked to select a secondary payment method when the wallet money is not enough to pay for the game.

Or use an additional payment method as requested by Steam to pay the difference.

You just have add some funds to wallet and buy games.

Wallet holds ur money that you add from your card and the money from items you sell.

Wallet can't be considered as a method of payment. Every money that you add first comes to wallet and taken from it.
