TF2 & Steam wallet
Since I'm under 18, I can't get a credit card so I decided to go to a zebra pay/qiwi pay/ paypoint and buy a paysafe card or a steam wallet card and I kind of want to know if filling my wallet with 5€/5$ and buying an item in TF2 worth 5$ will unlock my tf2 p2p benefits and take off the limitation on the steam account or will I have to charge more than 5€ and buy a game + an item in tf2... Thanks 3:

You only have to charge 5 USD or your regional equivalent to unlimit your Steam account. How you do that doesn't really matter.
You can then spend the money any way you like.

Thanks, I wanted someone to clarify it because in the "How to remove the limited account" thread in steam rules/things it says that CD Keys/Gift Cards don't count.

Note:

CD Keys, retail purchases, and gifts do not remove limited user restrictions. See How do I gain access to these features? below for more information.

Steam Support cannot remove this limited user status from your account.

Nowhere does it mention PaySafe or Steam wallet cards.

The article meant Steam gift items aka games you can gift from your inventory.
