Reinstall Windows, download DOOM again
I´ve bought a SSD-drive and I´m going to install Windows 10 on it. Can I download DOOM again and install it on the new disk?

You can if you want to. You could also just drag and drop it from one disk to another one to save downloading it.

Steam isn't as good at detecting games like Origin is so you might need to start the download, then pause it and then copy paste the files to that folder. Restart Steam and let it check the files.

This might skip the entire download part.
