Forgot password NEED HELP FAST!!

So I have an old pc (this one) and I automatically login when i sign into my pc and thats only the reason i am able to post anything here. So I built a new PC and I have forgotten my password. My phone has had a software crash so that's not working either. and I'm broke right now so I can't buy a Steam Wallet code and provide proof of ownership. I wish Steam made it more simple to reset passwords. I know all of my account info, and I can't wait to get back to gaming so PLEASE HELP STEAM!

You need a phone verification which my phone don't work anymore
and as far as that proof thing goes, I have to put another 20$ in my steam account just to get my account back? jeez

I got an email. And today I got another email with my guard code for new computer access. I was on my new PC and I couldn'y login and it didn't ask me for the code. As soon as I switch to my this PC (the one where I am auto logged in) it asks me for guard code? Like Steam meant to send that to my new PC right? omg

Wait NVM, THEY AREN'T EVEN REPLYING TO MY FORGOT PASSWORD REQUEST! WTF!?! They just give me one email that tells me to follow those do-it-yourself steps and that don't work for me. ISN'T THERE ANY OTHER WAY TO PROVE OWNERSHIP!?

If your phone doesn't work then remove it from your account page:

You'll need the recover code that you were told to write down in case this happened, which im sure you have. That'll get you past that part. If you then can't reset your password via your email then you will need to do it via support.

Wait, so for the first one you're saying that I need to change my guard to e-mail only right? But it's been on email only this entire time. i have never changed it to mobile. And as the second one, they're really not helping me. They just told me to follow the do-it-yourself steps, like then why did I contact you for?
