Install steam in your new computer.
Download the games...:steamhappy:

Well one way you could do this is just by installing them all at once if you don't have steam installed install it off the website http://store.steampowered.com/about/ then you can download your games again once in steam. If you don't want to do that then you can use a flash drive and put all of your games off your old computer onto it by going to steams local directory usually found in C:\Program Files\Steam\ locate the steamapps folder, copy that into the flash drive put the flash drive into your new computer then move the steamapps folder into your new steam directory which once again should be in C:\Program Files\Steam\ and there you go, steam should say that you have those games installed. If you don't have a flash drive then I reccomend just installing the games all over again

i changed my hdd to an ssd, all i did to port all my old stuff, was:
-install steam on the new system
-connect old drive
-go to steam>settings>download
-open library folders
-add the directory of the old steam install

then you will see all your old games getting added and working

thanks everyone for the replies, so I'm guessing that I install STEAM again onto my new computer using the same account , and then downloaded FSX-SE and addons...is this correct?

Yes. But you also can copy the Steam folder from the old to the new PC.

Yes, this "is aply on software product". And just like with games, you can back up the donwload so you won't have to redownload.
