Error updating PTTR (Paint The Town Red

Every time I try to update PTTR, it says that there is a disc read error... How do I fix this?

I suggest verifying the integrity of the game first to see if that can fix any problems and if you have any further problems a solution that always fixed my download problems was to change your download region in Steam>Settings>Downloads, to a random region. Then begin to download, it will automatically fix the steam download region and for me seems to always fix the download problem other wise i suggest googling around a little bit before reinstalling.
*note there is a games section on the forums that may be able to aid you a little better than the "Helps and Tips".
