Report a translation problem
Ctrl+Alt+Delete and bring up the task manager. Click opn the processes tab and scroll down there. You shou;d be able to spot the game's process easily (usually uses the same name),
Select it, and click the end process button and select yes in the confirm,ation dialog that fiollows.

N o prob .
1. run the tasklist command
2. look for the application exe file and find its PID value
3. type in taskkill /pid [PID number] /f
and that should make steam stop thinking its running
