how to unlock new profile color scheme?

I saw some people with this crazy cool color theme, but never figured out how. Yes, we can buy a set of themes with the choice of 'artist profile' or 'game profile', that's all, in it when buying a package, the theme of the frame will also change according to the color gradation on the background image, but when I buy it an animated background at retail , in the THEME settings there are only six (6) color schemes, namely 1) Default, 2) Summer, 3) Midnight, 4) Steel, 5) Cosmic, 6) Dark Mode only, where are the other colors and are they never? updated by steam and left idle in creative limitations? I've been wanting greens and turquoises lately, and I don't get them how anyone else can with their own adjustments, this looks ugly if the choice is a little bit no other way. Points Shop is the only place to get the colors. You can swap out all the elements of them to keep the color.

"Theme" only has the six available colors. If you want other colors, you have to get Game or Artist Profiles from the Points Shop. You enable the Game/Artist Profiles on your profile from the "Special Profile" section of the Profile editor.

That will select everything that is included in the special profile including the theme color. Then you can go back to Avatar (picture/frame), Background, Mini Profile and change them to something else if you don't want to use the ones provided by the special profile. The theme color will stay until you choose a different special profile or theme color.

edit: Sometimes special themes are given out for completing tasks during sales events. Those are not available in the Points Shop. There is also a special theme reserved for people who own Steam Decks.
