In-home streaming offline on a lan?

I have been trying to use the in home streaming on my lan because my internet is out. But no matter what i try i always get the error "stream Launch failed - Authentication problem" any ideas?

It definitely should work while in Offline Mode at least.

I just tried opening the ports on both computer but i am still getting the same error, maybe i got the wrong message from the link.

I can't figure out what the problem is. There is no reason why it shouldn't be working. If the client says something should work, it should work.
