Possible to reset steam level through steam support?

Recently i have purchased and gifted a friend a game, causing an increase in steam account level. Is there any way to "reset" back her steam account level to the previous level or to 0 as that number is important to her? Thanks

I don't think its possible, bur asking is free. Why is 0 that important to her?
Anyway, the can refund whatever purchase made her account unlimited and revert to being limited and thus unable to gain Steam levels in the first place.

First she needs to fix the flux capacitor and make it generate 1.21 gigawatts, then automatically the level will reset to 0.

0 isnt important. Another number is because it represent's her dad's passing date. The game i bought for her cause her steam account lvl to increase -.- so im like trying to get her back to the previous number or at least reset to 0 so i can help her get back to that particular number

Not possible, tell her to put her dads passing date into the info/about, with that she can even put a "miss you" or "RIP".

Possibly a bit unthoughtful of me, but can't your friend make a new account, thus be level 0 again? Should she want to play the game you gifted her, she could Steam Family Share it from her current level 1 account to her level 0 account?

Unless Steam Support does (and I really doubt they can), I'm afraid to say there's no going back. Even if she became limited again, her level won't change back to 0.

You were a good friend who gave her a gift, I'm sure she will understand you did not do it to make her life bad, you did it to make her happy, do not be to hard on yourself.
