You should probably stick to your first topic:

While your GPU does recommend a 300 watt PSU, that does not necessarily mean it will not run on less. I have heard reports of users running it on as little as 240 watts, though your mileage may vary.

For how to get into BIOS:

You should be extremely careful when making any changes in BIOS. You may wish to have a more tech-savvy friend or family member assist you.

There are many different versions of BIOS, but you want to set your default graphics adapter to PCI-E. Though your PC should automatically switch to PCI-E if a card is present.

I am not a tech-savvy user myself, at all. I would not feel right giving advice on how to alter BIOS settings. I don't even touch my own BIOS settings. It would be better to find someone who actually knows computers, possibly in the Hardware and Operating Systems forum. I'm sorry.

BIOS stands for Basic Input/Output System. It's basically software that is used to initialize your peripherals (mouse, keyboard) and load your operating system when you start your PC. In the same way that there are different versions of BIOS, there are also different ways of getting into BIOS. The link in my first post covers some of them, but they all basically involve restarting your PC and pressing a button before it boots the operating system. Your computer may have a prompt shown to tell you what button to press, or it may not.
