为什么删除我贴!扣了我钱。不到账。
我20号充了199元,23号说系统错误,没有退款,什么后文都没有,客服也不回复任何东西!!!银联多次确认钱已经转入到STEAM账户里面了!!!

also I already complaint China UnionPay and they help me to check the every single point , but finally they found the payment already shift to your account !!!
so please don't use this poor automatic reply !
I think your system is a very popular game platform, and if you notes every buyer said : when you finish the damn payment process and you still need wafting for more than 5 days , i think it will be come to the biggest joking in years 2016!!!
please do something , or if possible just replay me message and send me your Phone number!

我把我那天的记录让他们查看了,他们看完告诉我,目前这笔款子肯定已经到对方账上了,而且他们也给了我一个查询的信息,说给对方看,但是现在问题是对方现在和死人一样,完全不做任何回复
