razer headset not working with windows 10

My pc forcefully installed windows 10 onto my main desktop pc. As I try and use my headset to test it, no sound goes through. The sound on my headset IS on. (My headset is a razer kraken pro btw) I also checked razer synapse to recalibrate my headset but still nothing. Are any steam users here using razer headsets with windows 10 that may have also encountered this problem? thanks.
