The only time aliases/name changes would induce a suspicion of a hijacked account is if you had logged name changes that you did not conduct and were listed on your account's alias history.

this is most likely. we see it all the time, people create a very similar account by accident.
I just changed my nickname account once, not my account name.

I don't think the account name (the original name) ever displays in that log for security reasons. Could it be that?
Try changing your name once more and see if there's a log.

Or was it something you had manually set yourself?
Because unless I remember wrong, the first nickname is the same as your account name; and does not display upon change due to security reasons.

Teutep >> in the link you provide, I see the name of my account and not the pseudo. And the name of my account was different from my first nickname (which I can not see anywhere now).
