Why can't I level up on my Pillar of Community badge?

Recently, I have completed about 4 of the Pillar of Community challenges (and you only need 3 to get a level 2 Pillar of Community badge) but everytime I do one, I look back on the Pillar of Community badge and the challenge that I had completed is still there and says it isn't completed yet. Can someone help me?

Please read my #5 response, or actually state the tasks you're missing.

You don't have any videos from what I can tell on your Steam -account and posting on the forums isn't the badge requirement.

That being said, you need 22/29 tasks done to get the 2nd level of the badge.

No you don't understand. When tasks have been completed they turn grey. I have completed four of those tasks and they haven't gone grey.

Wait, so are those tasks I mentioned grey/white to you? Because it isn't for me. I would have level 2 Pillar of Community if it worked

I also said you need 22/29 to become level 2.

Publicly, I only see 18/26 done. Meaning at max you could have 3 more. 21 isn't 22.

Those 3 that aren't displayed are
