New Phone means 7 day wait for Mobile Auth Means 15 day trade hold?
Got a new phone today. Now I have to wait 7 days before instant trading because I have mobile auth on a new device? What the heck is that all about? I have been trading for weeks and because of a new number I have to wait again? Get your ♥♥♥♥ together.

Yup, when switching phone or phone number, you will have to re-apply the Steam Guard Mobile Authenticator.

Once 7 days has passed without interruptions, you can list Market listings and trade items out of your inventory without the holds.
