Exit Steam
Hold down [Windows] and [R] -keys
Open up the Steam -folder within, and remove the htmlcache -folder.

Since 2014, both the live client and the beta client have changed drastically, but again, nothing to lose by trying to opt-in / opt-out.
Sadly i tried too yesterday, nothing happens still same error
It's somewhat odd that this is happening on the Steam client; but not on your other browsers.
Anything extraordinary that could've happened before and after the issue started?
idk on what day it happen i think tuesday or wednesday, i came back from school and started steam and everything went fine but later i wanted to go in my inventory then the SSL appears invalid SSL Certificate
The SSL certificate for https://steamcommunity.com/market/eligibilitycheck/?goto=%2Fid%2Fmesaman%2Finventory%2F is invalid and the page will not be loaded.
I dont know what it cause to do this to steam

The most common one to affect the Steam -client is likely this:

i visited support and malware tips but where or which antivirus i get?
Personally, I'd avoid McAfee with a long stick. If you already have an antivirus (like you really should), use that.
i installed malwarebites from the page with malwaretips u gave me
Although, don't forget that you did most of that work yourself. So there's little reason to thank me for it.
