That being said, I could be full of it, but I think I've made a purchase worth less than $0.07 USD in the past. Since you have such an odd number though, it would imply you've made (a) purchase(s) in the past, so you should be able to sell something on the Market and get some extra funds when/if necessary.

In all honesty, I'd recommend adding funds on Steam Wallet before the sales start.

You can always buy something from the store with a payment method. The 0.07 can be used as part of that payment....

Well..I buyed added 5$ and then my market was unlocket...I spend 4.93 on some tf 2 items but it was before 2-3 yrs...Now i cant use market because i must have a purchase thats not older than 1yr...And there is nothing i can buy with 0.07.. :D
