Steam Client WebHelper (32 bit) not working corectly after windows update

Steam Client WebHelper (32 bit) not working corectly after Windows 10 update...
Its memory usage is raising to 1000+mb (still raising) and I can not use Store, Community and "user" sections from steam program.
Its like its refreshing page in loop but I cant see nothing (its just black)


Somebody have some ideas how to fix it?

Steam reinstall would be only if everything else fails.
I don't wanna wait 1 week in market..

1.Start as Admin
if not work
2.Search for services > find the Steam webhelper and end it, if steam still not work restart the service.

1. as admin no difference
2. in services got only Steam Client Service. was stopped, I started it, later restarted but still not working

I guess windows update something messed.
Steam its also not showing in installed programs...

It is like that process has memory leak or how its called.
Memory usage goes up to 1.5gb and than process restart...

I also tried disabling windows firewall - but no luck....

I'm having the same problem. updated to windows anniversary update (kb3176929) now my steam client webhelper (32 bit) is broke. ive reinstalled it to no avail ran it in admin it still don't work. its using over a gig of ram and climbing. has anyone found a fix for this problem yet ?

tried everything on this forum and to no avail, nothing has fixed steamwebhelper.exe has stopped working, if this helps im on windows server 2008 datacenter edition, kernel version is 6.0.6002
