Gmod Reliable Snapshot Overflow error

I have looked all over the internet to attempt to find a solution to this problem. I only get it on one server (my favorite server that I just so happen to be staff on of course) and I feel like I have tried everything. Console isn't giving me any help at all.

I've tried changing cl_cmdrate and cl_updaterate and rate but no matter what values I change them to it still will not work. I am friends with the owner of the server and I have connected to it a million times. I looked into the areaportal thing and it isn't that either. I feel like I have exhausted all my options and I am hopeless. It seems like people were only getting this error years ago.
