Is it possible to make a steam wallet code?
i want to gift some money to a friend and i dint know if i had to go to the store to buy a little card thingy or if i could make a code right here on steam. pls halp thx! :D

you need to buy a steam wallet code from an authorised seller either in person or online. or if you know what game they want you can gift it to them.

The most you can do is buy a Steam Card at a physical store, and just email/private message your friend the wallet code. There is no way to transfer wallet funds instantly on Steam to someone else.
