"This account will be restricted for 9 weeks" -
Ok so i had a Red Alert till 19 May and 20 minutes ago the red alert removed,
Now i got -89$ on my steam wallet, i'm trying to add money for my Steam Wallet and all i get is Purchasing has been disabled for your account.
You must have a valid Steam purchase that is between 30 days and a year old with no recent chargebacks or payment disputes. To remove this restriction...

I mean, I'm trying to add money and can't so how do i fix it?
:/

You reverse the chargeback. Steam incurs fees above the amount you took back when you do a chargeback, and those fees can be quite hefty. Contact your payment provider and reverse the chargeback, then contact Steam support.

I'm not sure why Steam would say that, as in most cases the restrictions become permanent after 9 weeks. You will need to get in touch with support and explain you cannot reverse the chargeback because the payment method is closed, ask if there is another way you can repay the money.

Since these purchases were not eligible for a refund, the account will remain locked for the duration indicated in Steam, May 20, 2016.

We encourage you to contact Steam Support in the future to resolve issues with your purchased product.

If future purchases are charged back, we may be forced to permanently lock the account to protect ourselves from chargeback fraud.

For additional information please review the following link:

Yes, you will have full access to the Steam account once it unlocks.

Once the block is lifted, please refrain from making unauthorized purchases in the future to avoid having the account being permanently disabled.

I would assume Steam still expected you to return the money. However you should add a reply to your open ticket and ask what is going on.

Also, it's May 19th, not May 20th.

ɛɡ beat me to the punch.

You may be able to, on the 20th. You're still a day early. This entire situation is slightly odd, to be honest.

Not in Steam's timezone it isn't. Not for almost 12 10 hours.
