Does steam browser have a javascript or a file of javascript?

Can you guys check if there's a javascript folder in Steam > tenfoot > resource


and if there is..can you tell me what's inside? i'm curious because when i played a video in steam in game browser it told me that i need a HD video "blahblah" player..but when i closed that tab and opened it again , it played...after watching i closed the browser..then i see a java window saying that "you need a HD video "blahblah" player to play the video"
