Cyber cafe license
Hi. I had read that you have a cyber cafe programm, but i don't understand can i use in my cyber cafe another games, that i bought from steam?
For example: i have 4 computers-> i have 4 steam accounts -> i bought 4 copies of doom (or serious sam, or some other game). Can i run this game in my cyber cafe?

OR if my client has his own account and he has bought this game he can log in in his account and play.?

Lots of info regarding this here: https://support.steampowered.com/kb_cat.php?id=2

Your latter question is mentioned here: http://cafe.steampowered.com/
Let customers access and use Steam on their own game subscriptions using their personal Steam Accounts.

Additionally...

The software that you purchased at a retail store does not include a commercial license. A commercial license is required to use Valve games in a cybercafé, and they can only be obtained from Valve. If you sign up, we will supply you with the necessary license keys to use in your café.

Although im not entirely sure they run the scheme anymore. Most of the links for "more information" end up looping back to the main store page as they've been removed. All the categories on tickets have been removed. The 'Valve Business' page linked above is also very out of date, the latest one doesn't have a Cafe link on there.

Your best bet is to contact support and ask them questions.
