Can't see ALL the steam reviews?

Hello everyone,

for my master thesis, I'd like to check out all the reviews for two games (namely Shadowrun Returns and Shadowrun: Boston Chronicles) and create some kind of timeline from it. But I find that the site still doesn't show me all the reviews.

I tried it with a game with not too many reviews first: Shadwen
Here are the steps I took, perhaps you find anything I'm missing here:

1) Go to http://steamcommunity.com/app/425210/
2) Click on the reviews. As I'm writing this, it says "Positive (44 reviews)".
3) Scroll way down on the next page and click "Browse all 44 reviews".
4) On the next page, choose "Most Recent" in the drop-down menu for "show".
5) After the reload, choose "All Languages" in the drop-down menu for "language".
6) After the reload, scroll down until it won't load any new reviews (it loads 10 at a time) and says "No more content. So sad.".

What I'm expecting to see: 44 reviews, 5 of them being negative.
What I get to see: 34 reviews, 4 of them being negative.

What am I doing wrong? What happened to the other 10 reviews?
Did I forget to (un)tick another box?

Is there a minimum "helpful" quota a review has to reach in order to be shown?

The word helpful is being thrown around here and there whenever Steam explains their system: http://store.steampowered.com/news/21695/

when you write a review you can set it to 'public' or 'friends only', also it takes a while for new reviews to show up.

Ah, thanks! I saw that. So these are taken into account too?

Besides that, when I change the language to german, I find that two of the reviews there don't show up in the "all languages" selection:

So these seem to be there when I look for specific languages, but not when I look for all of them.
