A GTX 610 isn't a real card, you have a 610, an FX-4300 is decent but not very good, and that 16Gbs of ram is overkill.
Your computer is more of an office PC, given it's configured as such. I would suggest returning it to whoever you purchased from and look for something better, or if you'd like to attempt building one (which is much more affordable and not very difficult) you can add me and we can figure out a budget and part list sometime.
Alternatively though if you want to you could just invest around $100 into a new graphics card and it would be a decent entry level build, but you'd still have issues running certain games
- GPU: Invest in at least a GTX 960 2GB GDDR5.
- CPU: Its decent but not great. Consider upgrading it.
- HDD: if you want to stick to SATA drives get one with 7200rpm.
