Does it happen with other browsers? What if you try accessing the said page on your phone's cellular network instead of your home network?
Then try removing your phone number here,
https://store.steampowered.com/phone/manage
That seems to remove both your phone number and your Steam Mobile -authenticator now,
http://i.imgur.com/gnQ1gl9.png
and the sms is not reaching my mobile..
For the latter, try removing something from your phone's inbox,
https://support.steampowered.com/kb_article.php?ref=8625-WRAH-9030#nosms
Should the SMS prove unviable, if you're on Android, you can also plug it to your PC and use a recovery program like Recuva. Attempt to fetch the Steam Mobile -app before you removed it. Even if the authenticator code wouldn't work, chances are you can view the recovery code on it.
You can then use the recovery code here: https://store.steampowered.com/twofactor/manage
If all else fails, simply contact Steam Support with proof of ownership.
If you don't have proof of ownership, then while you still have access to your Steam -account, now would be a good time to get some proof.
It's viewable by none other than you and Valve.
