Any existing holds will live their full cycle to the end; the Steam Mobile Authenticator won't affect them retroactively.

You can check them here,
http://steamcommunity.com/my/tradeoffers

Steam Mobile Authenticator has to have been on for the minimum duration of 7 days for there to be no holds in your future trades. Exception being that if you're receiving items from someone who hasn't met these requirements, there will still be holds.

Look for the email you got when you added the mobile authenticator, take that date and time and you will know when your FUTURE trades won't get trade holds.

Existing trade holds will never speed up as Teutep said.

dont click that link. That is a phishing link, you can tell because even if you are logged in to steam on your browser it will make you login.
It is NOT a phishing link. It is literally a Steam link you can get to by going through the support pages. You want to test this? Use the Steam client and come back here and click the link.
Being signed into the Community sections =/= being signed into the support pages. They both require you to be signed into each, IF you are using a browser.
