Gifting a preorder?

Can I preorder a game for second else? Like preorder it ans the game automatically gifts when the game is released?

If you gift someone a preorder they'll get it now, there's no way to delay a purchase/gift.

Yes, if you gift it to them it will be like they purchased the preorder for themselves and they'll be able to play it the moment the game comes out.
