how to add buttons to your workshop item or huide discription?
how to add buttons like this person has?

is it a steam lvl thing? do you get them at a serten steam lvl or is it a code of some sort? how do i get buttons like those?

No, those are images with an URL set behind them.

I know it works in Guides' descriptions as well as Workshop and Greenlight content.
