help me using steambackup.exe

Hi, i posted this question last nite i think it was, im alsmost sure i posted it and was looking at the post but i dont see it anywhere anymore.

But im having trouble using the steambackup.exe, it gives me two errors

"This app can't run on your pc - To find a version for your pc, check with the software publisher." (This error displays its self as a blue banner that runs across the middle of the screen).

The next error happens when i run it as administrator and is a MessageBox that reads

"Windows cannot find 'My2ndHDD:\SteamLibrary\Backups\steambackup.exe', Make sure you typed the name correctly, and then try again."

durring the process of backing up 3 games (Counter-Strike Source, Gauntlet, The Typing of The Dead Overkill) steam asked if i wanted to save it for CD or DVDR file size chunks, i chose DVDR. I saved the steambackup.exe to 'My2ndHDD:\SteamLibrary\Backups\'.

Im running windos 8.1

ok, well it worked when i restored from the main menu, steam should probably remove that backup an restore guide...
