Scrap.TF dont let me get my items from the raffles :(
I was about to withdraw an item that i get in a raffle of Scrap.TF, but when i was going to withdraw it he sends me this message "Trade Error Unfortunately, this trade would have resulted in a trade hold. You need to both have a Mobile Authenticator on your account for at least seven days for trade holds to not occur." pls help me, i dont know how much time Scrap.TF let you dont withdraw the items.

HELP!
