odd lines across my screen when using steam

Ive just updated my gtx 970 with the latest drivers, and ive noticed im getting lines across the bottom of my screen only when im using steam.
If i scroll down the games list or the forums i get odd looking lines anyone else noticed this ?

if this is only when you updated your gtx graphics card i recommend restoring from when it didn't happen. and as far as i know i don't have any issues you are describing with the newest drivers installed.

im not getting it in games, its only when i scroll on steam games list or the forums.

hmm i see, sorry i thought it was on games aswell. let me look around see if i find something for you.

ive rolled back my gfx drivers by 3 patches and i no longer get tearing lines ... so im gussing it might be a driver issue.

Hey OP. I'm using the same card as you (Gtx 970) and am experiencing the same graphical glitch. It only ever happens while scrolling in steam and only ever at the bottom of the screen. It dosn't bother me enough to roll back drivers as all games seem to be working perfectly but it is an eyesore nevertheless. I would love a quick fix if anyone has one, failing that I'll just wait for a better driver. Cheers.
