Report a translation problem
Its not a "so no" logic that you cant buy as gift, its a mistake.
And should be fixed.
I own all those, same as you but for me, also only that bundle seems to be greyed out.
I own all these as well; and yet none are greyed out for my account to re-buy or purchase as gifts:

Again I own all Metro, I even previously grabbed both Redux via Bundle; just as this has their currently on-sale.
But this bundle is greyed out for me:

It could just be something regarding Valve Source games; as they are considered a growing collection. Thus anything from a Source bundle is being omitted from re-purchasing when it's part of a Bundled Sale it seems.
Again unless it's a mistake on Steam's part.
Whether this is intended or being worked on, who's to say. For now, assume it to be the new norm.
