Can't login to Steam Community via a browser

I can, as you can see, login to the community via the Steam PC desktop app but not to steamcommunity.com through my Firefox browser, it doesn't recognise my username. Is there anything I can do about this?

First: Have you tried another browser?

I have now and managed to get in. Thanks for the suggestion, I feel a bit daft now!

Just to add it was because Akamaihd was disabled in NoScript, enabling means I can now login via Firefox.

You usually don't expect blocking ads and crap to lock you out of a site, but in this case it does. Thanks to this thread I've solved the issue, too. uBlock origin needs to be disabled for the site. Which is a bit of a crappola; their solution is probably looking at another domain for authentication. Not cool.

That's perfectly normal for nowadays sites.
