It's a unicode matter. The suggested name contains the Hebrew glyph ℵ (Alef), the Latin letter O, the Hebrew glyph ז (Zayin), the Greek letter ρ (rho), the symbol for the Planck constant ℎ, the Greek lower case ι (Iota), and the lower case ε (epsilon), also from Greek.

Obviously the default Counter Strike GO font does not support unicode, which means that players with Hebrew, Greek, and probably Chinese, Japanese, Korean, and I would also pressume Russian names cannot use it to display their username or have others see their username.

On an unrelated note to OP, as you can see the sounds associated with graphemes that you chose to represent your username Norphie do not match with the desired pronunciation. It would not be advisable to have a username like that as it would just be a somewhat random assembly of characters that don't amount to anything.
