As said, OP has 7 hours in Wolfenstein: The Old Blood, which is also a pre-order bonus for DOOM.
While I'd love to say that "They run on separate licenses, one of your licenses is "DOOM+Wolfenstein:_The_Old_Blood" and the other only has Wolfenstein: The Old Blood, but it does count from prior playtime too. For example, if you play something off via Steam Family Sharing for more than 2 hours and then decide to buy the game for yourself. You won't be able to refund.
If I were OP, I'd wait until the game has released. It doesn't seem like you'll get an extra copy of Wolfenstein: The Old Blood even if you pre-ordered the game; unlike with most pre-order bonuses.
Given the little gain in even pre-ordering the game when OP in question already owns the other game, I'd not go through with it personally.
To be 100% sure I would not touch Old Blood at all while playing Doom. If you so much as breath on that game it may trigger your ineligiblity for a refund.
December was 5 months ago. You are well outside the limit of 2 hours, 2 weeks. Also, your account does not appear to own Grand Theft Auto V.
