I tried manually applying the app-ID to the URL, http://steamcommunity.com/id/JAKROKS/inventory/#730
It still refused to load it up.
Since you had non-tradable items and the items show up on OpenID websites like that exchange, I wouldn't worry too much about it.
Try to list something new on the Market and unlist and see if that does any bump to your inventory.
and looking at the json returns a result but nothing in it:
http://steamcommunity.com/id/JAKROKS/inventory/json/730/2
{"success":true,"rgInventory":[],"rgCurrency":[],"rgDescriptions":[],"more":false,"more_start":0}
so not sure what is going on but maybe it really is just a bug but that would be weird because i can see my own stuff and see the json containing my items.
The only place I can see my items is in csgo.exchange. I'm running to my dads house now to see if they show up in game.

So if the item ID is applied, it could showcase like:
http://steamcommunity.com/id/JAKROKS/inventory/#730_2_6104114975
That being "6104114975" from OP's CS:GO inventory.
I have no idea how to read it, but I'm assuming the first ID is the item ID, second ID represents what the item actually is, no idea what the instanceID is (especially considering some of those entries have 0) and the last series of numbers seems to match that of the next entry.
EDIT:
OP's inventory seems to display okay now with its 116 items.
