Random Stuttering on ALL games!
First, sorry if this is posted in the wrong place. This is the first time posting on the steam community. Next I need help fixing this stuttering problem I have. In all my games, no matter how old or new they are, they will randomly stutter for a few seconds and then go back to 60+ fps. The stuttering will happen at least once per minute and it's getting really annoying. If you have any suggestions on how to fix it, that would be great. Thank you

Can you give an example of the games you play?

Are they valve games? If so Windows Aero could be the problem which you can disable it in the advanced video options. Did you install these drivers yourself by hand or did your pc come with it?

I play a lot of different types of games but mainly open world such as grand theft auto, assassins creed, mass effect, need for speed. I also play some fps games as well and others.

There not just valve games. They affect all games even ones that aren't steam like on origin or uplay

Did you ever install your driver by hand or did they come with the computer when you bought it?

I should also say that this problem has only happened recently. Stratton maybe a month and half ago at the most. Before that I had no stuttering problem in any game
