Where do I enter the emergency code that steam game me to fix my steam guard problems
When i try to send the text to my phone, it does not pop up. that is why i am trying to use the code.

What are you trying to do WITH the code? You can enter it in here https://store.steampowered.com/twofactor/manage - but that is for removing the authenticator. This may not be what you want to DO....
