Nonononono , its not about me losibg my acc or gettung hacked . the problem is thati want to authenticate my steam guard and steam kept sending me the verification code on my old phone number which is terminated and i cannot receive . All I WANT NOW IS TO CHANGE MY OLD PHONE NUMBER TO A NEW ONE WITHOUT RECEIVING AN SMS CODE FROM MY OLD PHONE NUMBER . AND STEAM IS STILL NOT HELPING ME , I HAVE RAISED THE TICKET , EMAILED STEAM AND ASKED EVERYONE , THERE IS STILL NO SOLUTION GIVEN FROM AN OFFICIAL STEAM STAFF . -.- ARE THEY EVEN A STEAM STAFF HELPING ME OR OTHER PEOPLE OUT ?!

In this situation no longer having your phone is the same as stolen or lost. Read that. ^^ Do what the words say. Be patient. Steam Support has to deal with a neverending horde of people on a daily basis across the world who also don't read and end up wasting more of support's time and their own time in the process.
Nevermind ill just wait for an official steam staff . talking to people who dont understand my problem that i legitly explained with is is like talking with a wall .. :)
If you have a Steamguard mobile authenticator and you didn't save your recovery code then you'll need to contact support and as already mentioned multiple times, prove ownership.
Responses in this thread are assuming you did not, you have a new phone according to your posts and no access to your old phone and no recovery code because if you did, you wouldn't have a problem.
This is according to the Steam faqs. If you contact support without proof of ownership then you'll just be waiting for them to tell you that you need to provide proof of ownership and you'll have to wait even longer.
i did contact steam support like the 5th times since yesterday , still no reply .... i proved my ownership of this acc alrdy fyi .
And you need to be more patient than just 24 hours.
If you order a cheeseburger and then ask the cashier 5 times where your cheeseburger is, does your order come out faster than everyone else's ahead of you?
